As in architecture so in cuisine, at the Krondlhof we want to emphasize quality and authenticity. The local and seasonal products are valued and prepared to create a pleasurable dining experience.
Traditional south-tyrolean cuisine meets homemade international meals. Along exclusively homemade meals and pasta we also offer marmelades, desserts and juices. All made in our creative laboratory.
Everyday served fresh at your table. With a look at the surrounding natural landscape we enhance our meals with herbs directly from the forests, meadows or our own garden when the season makes it possible.
In the morning you will be able to choose from a rich buffet that includes various cheeses and cold cuts, cereals, fruits and a selection of homemade cakes, marmelades, juices and bread from the local oven. The perfect breakfast to start the day.
In the evening there are two menues with 4 courses each you can choose from. Traditional south-tyrolean cuisine and creative cuisine from all over the world. The buffet offers salads and grilled vegetables and once a week we organize an aperitif. Our dining room will make for a great dinner and the winter garden will allow you to enjoy the landscape as much as the food.
